2. Hosting, CDN and access data

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

We also use Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a content delivery network and reverse proxy. All page requests are routed through Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request data for protection against attacks and to improve loading times. Data transfers to the USA are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR). Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Technically necessary access data (server logs) are stored during operation: IP address, date and time, requested URL and HTTP status codes. Hetzner retains these logs for 7 days. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

3. Contact requests

If you contact us via the contact form, email or phone, we process your details in order to handle your request.

The details are not stored in a database but forwarded to us by email. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR.

4. Web analytics with Umami (cookieless)

This website uses Umami for anonymous traffic measurement without tracking cookies.

Processed categories include shortened IP or geolocation data, visited pages, referrer, device type, timestamp and aggregated event data. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

5. Maps and external map services

We first display a privacy-friendly static map preview. An embedded OpenStreetMap map is only loaded after an active click.

We also offer voluntary links to OpenStreetMap and Google Maps. When those services are opened, the privacy rules of the respective provider apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing operations.

The competent supervisory authority is: Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen (LfD Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany, www.lfd.niedersachsen.de. You have the right to lodge a complaint there.

7. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as it is required for the stated purposes or for as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
